WIP Account reconciliation problem.

Hello,
We are using Nav 4 SP3.
I have some of "Finished" Production Orders for which there is Balance in WIP G/L Account.
When I run the Inventory Valuation WIP report I get to see some "Finished" production orders with this problem.
There are two types of cases I see in the report
a. There is "Consumption" and "capacity" but "output" is blank and amount posted to G/L is also Blank or very little
b. There is consumption and capacity and also output but the amount posted to G/L is equal to only consumption, so the G/L is not Zero, which is what it should be for a finished production order.
What could be going on??
We use Subcontrated production and sometimes the subcontractor orders are not invoiced by the time production order is "finished". This has not caused problems in most of the production orders or in any test runs we have done.
Any clue help would be appreciated.
