Active list rows, how to make loop

I was wondering is it possible to make a loop out from a group selection.
Like if you have a list view open and select multiple items by left mouse clicking with ctrl on them and then using a function to go through the selection.
Anyone stumbled on thiskinda thing?

what is your exact requirement?
To go through your multiple selections you can use a setselectionfilter function
