Error with Vista compatiblity hotfix

Hi,
I have installed Navision client 4.3 and it will not run because of the Vista compatibility issue.

So I downloaded KB931841 and tried to run the Platform Rollup exe and I received this error:

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program".

I also noticed their was no zip file for the client.

Has anybody else experienced this?

I only have a Customer Source login so I can't get to Partner Source for any help.

Hello JDK

The simplest solution is to get 5.o sp1 executable and use them instead of getting hotfixes.

Is that an option?

Thanks for the suggestion, but No. Actually it is not an option right now because that also requires a Partner Source login or money, in which case I don't have either!

Any other suggestions?

you need to re-download the DVD, it's all included.

check your new messages.

You must run this update as administrator (special option in Vista). If you only click on inctall file you will never install hotfix.
