Dataport problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with dataport. Consider the following secnario and please give me the possible solution.

I have field x of datatype code and length 50. In excel i have data in that field not morethan 50 chars. But when i am attempt to port the error flows.

Error is " The text in code fileds not more than 10 chars".

i think the length of that field in table is 10 chars. :!:

But the filed length in the table is 50.

Can u tell me to which table u r importing.

so dat we can check whether there are any relations to that field.
