Business Analytics Error On Restart ANT Server

Anybody can help me,
I do trial BA advanced, on NAV 4 SP 3 with SQL server 2000.
When i run the configurator.exe, i insert the license, i got 2 error message :
1. Error 2 in module 1
2. Access violation at address 06D93074 in module C.Front.dll. Read of address 00000044.
If i use cronus license, the 1st error still displayed, but the configurator still run, and stopped when restart the ANT server.
I dont know what must i do, can anybody help me????

Help me please, not anyone reply this email, i'm very desperate with Business Analytic. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) May be if there is no one know about this error message. Allow me to know, what must i do, to run BA configurator smoothly, or may be the requirement to run BA.

Btw: Use also the search function in this forum. There are a lot of threads regarding BA.

I have read event log, and nothing error generate on the event log.
And about forum, i have check some about BA, nothing have the same error with me. I also follow the step on some topic, that refer to BA, but still can not passed my error.
