Responsibility Centre problem trying create Invoice

Hello,
We are using Nav 2009 Classic on SQL with Business essentials Licence.
When trying to create a purchase invoice or order we are getting the error 'You do not have permission to read the Responsibility Centre table' which is true.
Error is on CU 5700 Getlocation(...,...,...)
Can anyone help please or point where to look? I am guessing a basic setup somewhere.
PS when in Chart of Accounts GL Balance by dimension we have no g/l accounts or dates showing!

You probably have inserted some records into the table. You need to delete records from Responsibility Center table0

Thank you, there was a rogue entry in the Responsibility Centre which we deleted in sql.
Still have the problem with G/l balance by dimension ](*,)0 -
you have filters on it? Try and delete the zup file0

Hello Rashed
I have deleted the zup file to no effect. There are no filters set.
The dimensions appear as lines or clumns, but not period or gl accounts!0 -
have you made any changes recently?
Also did you close nav when you deleted the zup file?0 -
The database was originally set up in 5.1 then backed up and restored in 2009, hence why a responsibility centre was there.
No changes and yes the client was closed when the zup file was deleted (had to choose database again)
Could it be something to do with g/acc.SETPERMISSIONFILTER?
There do not appear to be any securtiy filters set and Synchonize logins has been done

oh, ok there is a change in how 2009 compares text to code. I suggest to export 408 form from 2009 and import it into your database. It should solve the problem.0

Thanks Rashed
Took a bit of time to get the object, but works perfectly.0 -
That's good news.
Instead of changing the title to [solved]. There is a new option undernead the subject that you can change to solved.0
