unreadable print-preview in NAV 5 SP 1

Hi everyone, has anyone an idea to fix this problem: we are using NAV 5 SP1 on a Windows 64-bit Terminal-Server, and on a Windows 32-bit Terminal-Server as an alternative failsafe system. Our accounting-office users often use the Print-preview function and complain it unreadable in the default 100% aspect-ratio. When I reproduce the same sight on the 32-bit Terminal-Server there are no complaints, all ok. NAV Solution-Center blames it on the printer-driver, but changing the driver doesn't effect the results. Printings in both scenarios are o.k.! Any ideas are welcome... Thanks in advance.

Change the default printer, see if that changes how it previews.
