IF XML Port Import THEN BEGIN

Hi Guys:
I have written a couple of import and export XMLPorts now, but a very odd thing is happening.

I made an Import XML port which works fine. I then copied much of the code in setting up my new XMLPort.

Both XMLPorts are run with a
-RemoveNamespace function
-Then called using an IF XMLPort.IMPORT(x, instream) THEN BEGIN

But it always drops straight through without importing anything :?

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?
