Error while using DLL

Hi Experts,

i Created DLL in vc++ ,i used my DLL in my code unit.that DLL have one method addNum,it takes
two in parameters one out parameter.when iam running my codeunit, i got an error like
Internal error 33 in module 35
contact your dealer ,if you need assistance.

    According to the list of errors that goes around on this forum somewhere, this error is "#Err_OCX_IDispatch". Looks to me there's a problem with the interface that the DLL exposes.
