Find (Ctrl F) not always working in NAV 5.01SP

We have not documented this yet, but we have a client (and the consultant), intermittently experiencing the FIND (either ctrl+f or just typing on list forms, not finding even though the search string target is there and the parameters (Whole, Any, etc) are correct. You can't even go manually do a select first, select next, etc. This is on Find as you Type searches. If anyone else has experienced this, please advise if you a fix or insight. ](*,)
