How to Add DropDown in Integer field on the Form ???

Having 'Attachment No' field (integer)
In the Form, i want to add the dropdown in the 'Attachment No' field ???
My logic is, 'if attachment No <> 0', want to show in the form like 'Yes' else 'Np'
I did like...
In FORM, 'Attachment No' field properties set Dropdown is YES and assign value on the OptionString,OptionCaption = <Yes,No>
When i run the form it's showing Dropdown but unable to show the value no effect whl clicking.
Suggest Me..
