How to use Base Calendar

Hi,
I need to calculate date and dateformulas. date is available Jobtask table. Date formula is available in my own table. I need to add these two and have to excluding the holidays which is marked in Base Calendar. BaseCalendar is available at Administration-->Application Setup-->General-->Base Calendar.

Ex: 022009(Date)

Job Task table
5D(Date Formula)

---

My own Table

Date Formula can be days,week,year..........

Result: 022009+5D-2=022709
022109,022209-Holidays which are marked in base caledndar.
