Problem with report 321: vendor - balance to date

I want to run the report 321 "vendor - balance to date".
I want to show 2009 registers and i choose:
"Date filter": 01/01/2009..12/31/2009.

But it shows all the registers of the vendors (year 2009 and the rest of the years).
Why can i filter by date?

Please read the help for this report..

Regarding the Date filter help goes like this...

"Date Filter: Enter the ending date on which the vendor balance will be shown (for example, 12/31/00)."

Hi,

I have also tries, it's taking only one date Ie; if u give 01/01/08..12/31/08, it takes only 12/31/08 as the date to filter and filters according to it.

i have tried giving single date instead of a period, it's works fine,

can any one say what's the reason for it?

In the spanish version, the report is named "Balance between dates".
