when we enter the general journales on finance me did a mistake now state on vat acount on chart account is terribel is any way to delete or to get 00 this state

if you are using version >= 4.0 then go to the posted gerneral Journal(G/L Entries) - Function - Reverse Transaction..

If you are not sure what and how to do it better ask for local support.
