Dear experts,
I am currently running the Outlook Integration with the following environment:
- Outlook 2007, NAV 5 SP1, Linux mail server, SQL Option Client, bidirectional
I am successfully get the NEW records in the Outlook for the record creation in the NAV, but it failed for the other way around.
"An Outlook item cannot be synchronized because the Code field of the CONT_STUDT entity cannot be processed. Try again later and if the problem persists contact your system administrator."
The mapping of the Code field mentioned in the error msg is a user-defined field in the Outlook. It failed either I set the Code field as primary key or none-key. :-k
Appreciate for any sharing.
