TCP / IP Error

Hi All

I installed Navision as a server on my server machine and installed application on client machine and added appropriate host and services files but still when i am trying to access that database on server from my client machine it again says TCP/IP error . I am quite famaliar with this whole process but can't understand what's going wrong this time. :cry::cry:

FYI ! I am using Windows Vista as an OS and navision 5.0 .

Can anyone help ?

    1) Use the TCP protocol instead TCPS
    2) Check your firewall
    3) Which specific error you have?

    I am already using TCP not TCPS,
    checked firewall ,,

    and error is

    "THE TCP/IP connection's 'host' is not answering (TCP/IP error ECOMREFFUSED)

    You can see how to make changes in your host's ans services file in the documentation for the network. Contact your system manager if you need assistance".

    REFFUSED: meand actively dropped down, for me it looks like the port for NAV server is not open on the server firewall...
