We have been using the old NAV MAILLOG function for years (logging customer email as contact interactions). Mails have been visible in NAV using interaction->show. After changing to new Server with a new Exchange version the old mails won't show anymore (yes all settings are correct and even look exactly the same as before).
When I look at the attachment table it seems to be some kind of binary pointer to the email. All emails are stored with Storage type: Exchange Storage.
Anyone have any experience in this? I have an idea about deleting all Exchange interactions/attachments inside NAV and relog the old emails creating new interactions. But perhaps there is an easier solution?
