such as

OPTION :A,B,C,D

IF select A will get form itemcard
IF select B will get form CUSTOMER (switch itemcard to CUSTOMER )

Take a look at field "No." in table 37. This field can contain an item, a G/L Account and values of other tables. Check the property tablerelation of the field. This will give you an idea how to do it.
