Virtual table not found in navision 4.0

HI,
Can any body give a solution of the following.
In Navision 6 (NAV 2009 ) the virual Table 2000000048 as DataBase
But i am not found same thing in Navision 4.0
Is any setup require or we install anything?
Can you please share your ideas.

I am using Server system only..
I found the solution in other way...
It works in SQL Database, not in Native.
