Migrating data frm 5.0 to 5.1

Hi
There's an urgent requirement:
I want to migrate some data (Customer & contact Table) from 5.0 to 5.1.
Urgently.
Is there any inbuild function to import and export data from tables.
If yes then do tell me if NO then pl. tell me the way.
It's very urgent.

Please stop asking that it's urgent.
You can use RIM toolkit to export to excel and import into 5.1.

Although, I would just merge the modified objects and import 5.1 objects into the database and no need to migrate the data.

Thanks but I did some customizations and i am not preffering it.
