Error in JOB CALCULATE WIP

Hi all,
I'm working in Nav5.0SP1 IN [Native].
Getting an error message at time of JOB CALCULATE WIP ( with Customer License )
You do not have permission to modify records in the Job Ledger Entry Table
Debugger Break at ..
But I'm not getting such error message when I do the same thing with the Cronus DB ( with Customer License ).
What is the reason behind this error message ?? Is it Licensing Problem or any thing else ??

Now we are able to Calculate Job WIP.
Though we have a question here. In Cronus Database this permission is not given. Then why we are able to calculate Job WIP there by using the Client's License
