Footer section is not showing up in output of report

Hello, I'm creating a packing slip and I'm using a footer section to display the subtotal for all lines, total shipping, total tax, and grand total for entire shipment. for some reason none of it is being displayed in the output. has anyone ever seen this? If I put it in a "Body" section, it shows up on the output (but repeats itself for every line in the shipment - which is incorrect.) - why would it not show up at all when in a footer section? (its not just "$0.00" - none of field labels show up either)

There is a property called keepwithnext in the footer. Try to set it no.

Have you used the property Total Fields on the report?
