Interaction Error - Attachment No. '0' does not exist

In Nav 3.60, I'm trying to start using the Interactions within Relationship Management.
Whenever I try to create an interaction, I get the following error:
Attachment No. '0' does not exist
I have tried creating an interaction based on both templates that have and don't have an attachment, and the same error occurs. ](*,) Any ideas?
