Style Sheet printing problem

Hi All

We have problems printing a style sheet. When creating the style sheet everything looks fine. But when we actually print the document, values from NAV are replaced with the mergefield codes.

We have downloaded and installed MSXMLs, dot.net framework etc. but it makes no difference. The environment on the pc is XP with Office 2003.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Thanks in advance
Tonny

    Hi there,

today I faced the same problem as tojo did years ago. Up to now I have no idea what's causing this, can anybody help me maybe? Thanks in advance!

I'm using NAV 5.01, WIN 7 and MS Office 2010.

I was able to solve it (by chance, to be honest) - in MS Word there's an option, letting you print field functions instead of values. Someone had changed this option to "true", so Word just printed the field function commands.
