Outlook synchronisation to more users

Does anyone have a solution for synchronisation of outlook tasks (contacts) to more users without a manual action?

I know that you must use the nas-server. But what else setups must happend?

I can synchronise my own tasks but I will synchronise everybodies tasks with the nasserver.

The synchronization is initiated from outlook client. So NAV/NAS basically waits the user to sync.
I would check the outlook addon property in outlook to see if there is a property to sync every so minutes.
