WMS' Item Tracking Concern

Hi guys!

This seems to be a bug with NAV's WMS, see attached screenshot.
How come the system allowed to have different quantity between the take and place entry. Also, see the Qty (Base).

Is there any hotfix on this?

    Not a bug. You could take items out of one big and place them in multiple bins.

    Take 15 out of A
    Place 5 in B
    Place 5 in C
    Place 5 in D

    But I can't think of a good reason not to require them to add up. Unless you're disposing of them. But even then you should use an item journal for that.

    I agree with your comment. But if you have noticed the document illustrated is a posted movement already. My point is that why did the system allowed registering such movement with unbalanced take-place quantity? Also, what's your idea of the quantity indicated in the "Qty (Base)" column? Isn't it irregular?
