DataItem Indentation Problem in Dataport

Hello Frnds...
I got confused with dataports...
1) Is dataitem indentation allowed in dataports....?i had read in microsofts official training material that you cannot indent dataitems in dataports.Im using NAV 5.0 i could easily indent dataitems in it...on saving the file it throws an error"You hav indented dataitems but the fileformat is not UPXML"
2) Why such an error is shown :-k , even there is no option of UPXML in fileformat property.
This particular error is show onlyif last dataitem is indented...ie above the last dataitem i could indent about 10 dataitems. and also it works correct on export, as per the dataitemlink property given.
