Report Layout - Print Margins Labels

I have a report that prints to a specific type of continuous label printer.
In a classic report I just have a single section set to the size of the labels and all the margins set to zero and this works perfectly.
In the report layout for the RTC I have done effectively the same thing, however when I print the label it always starts 25mm from the left edge of the label. I have set all the margins to zero in the report layout properties. Any Ideas!
BTW what happened to printer selections in the RTC! :-k
