Can anyone tell me what is Microsoft Dynamics Nav Mobile? How we can use it? What configuration is required?

It is framework for developing mobile application which communicate with NAV. You need to ask Microsoft for prerequisites which you needs to be able to use this framework. And I am sure that you will find some webcasts about this (it is same for AX, NAV and others, just with different connector for each system):
