Import of fob disabled

Our customer is using NF 2.01.A and we have an odd problem at his site. The Import.... and Export.... menu items are disabled.
When we try this on our PC's we can't simulate the problem. Has anyone experienced this before ?

    That's because either your customer does have that option in their license, or the user accessing their database does not have permission to do that.

    Have your customer log into their database with a super user login and try again. Make sure that this super user has no restrictions in its permissions.

    Hello,

    This is a known bug :( in version 2.01A.
    You need to get the client to install 2.01B on their client and server.
