Exchange rate

Hi

Can anybody help to find out the exchange rate applied at the time of applying entries i.e. receipt of payment. i.e. customer wise, bank wise etc.. and also
is there any std report available for this.

I believe on the ledger entries there are two exchange rate fields. I want to say time of posting and time of application. I can't remember the exact names. You can zoom on a record to find out for sure.
