Problems to import a new page with id 20

I'm testing an upgrade scenario, technical only.
So I went and transformed form 20 General Ledger Entry. It's not possible to import pages.xml when page id = 20. I guess this is the same as its not possible a table or a form in this range.

What is the right approach to do this? Remember: Since I'm playing with a technical upgrade, the page 20 does not exist...

If you are transforming forms to pages, you are doing more than just a technical upgrade . Try importing all pages from a standard Cronus database before importing your modified ones.
