Hi
In case of posted receipts where as per PO Ex.duty is say Rs.100 and posted to RG books and after bill passing say Ex.duty is posted Rs.110.
My querry is : Since Rs.100 is posted to RG books vide X entry number.
What will be the effect of Rs.10 in RG books ? and entry number can be co-related???

There's a field "RG Entry No". which will have the same number for both the entries.CA Sandeep Singla
