Navision 4.0 Sp1 US Base Database

I'm working on a 4.0 SP1 database and would like to find a base database to build
a VSS Project. Does anyone know where one can obtain and US database fbk for this version
4.00.01

The executables are also available here (I think) and on other forum sites. They should contain a backup copy of the database as well.

I think it's only the W1 version that's in the download but Luc still supplies the product DVD for 4.0 SP1 for a small fee
