Error message when opening an Interaction Log Entry

Hi,
One of our customer is using Terminal Server whith office 2003 SP3.
When user X wants to re-open an “Interaction Log Entry” which is created by another user Y, user X get’s an error.
This error is shown in the picture below.
Is there anybody who kindly can help me out, much appriciated.
