Issue consumables to shop floor

Hi all,

How would I record the issue of consumables like waste cloth, gloves, stationary etc.

I cannot use the consumption journal because, it has a link to the production order.

Also, if i use, item journals, it would be an adjustment or a purchase or sale and not an issue .

So, can somebody help me solve this please!!

Is there anything such as an "issue" in Navision at all.
