Hi friends,
My client has two Location A and B, Users in A location should not be able to view Sales or Purchase order and corresponding warehouse dc/receipt created by B and Vice versa.. Is it feasible in Navision. Both the Location are created in the company.
Regards,
Sam

You would have to attach a flag/assignment to the user setup table and have that be checked on how to set an autofilter on all of those documents when viewed to filter only the allowed location code. I don't know how you'd prevent them from removing the filter though, not that technical.0

You can also try to use the responsibility center functionality, ofcource you have to write a small code for the filtering the data but at many places.Mukesh Sharma0

There is no fun reinventing the wheel. Moreover the cost of customization will be more than the license cost.CA Sandeep Singla
