Is there any translation tool available?

Hi everyone. I wonder if there is any utility, that would help me translate all objects. I have the folowing situation. In the database there are objects, which don't have an italian translation. So first, I have to identify those strings that aren't translated in objects, then translate them and apply them to the object as the last thing. So I wonder if there is any tool available, that would ease this process. Thanks for your help.

In the object designer there is an option from Tools-> Translate...

Thanks, I know that, but that feature alone, does not help me much. It merely alows importing and exporting translations of objects to and from txt files.

In the documentation I've read that Microsoft provides a database in which you import this translation file and it allows you to translate, but I haven't ever used or seen this database / tool...

Get the upgrade toolkit and in the w1w1upgr.pdf there is a section called

There was tool with name Navision Translation Workbench or something like that (it was in 2.60 times). It was based on Access database, I am sure that there will be someone who have it.But I am not sure, if it will work with newer NAV objects which were not there when this tool was updated last time.

Hi,

I can only recommend you to take a look at http://www.mergetool.com - this mergetool for Navision is actually also a great translation tool. You can download the tool from the webiste, and there is also a document explaining how to translate (actually with an italian example).
