I'm using windows authentication to login to a 5.1 database. I log into the database but when I open the company the client is closing with the message "Microsoft Dynamics NAV has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry..."
It happens no mater if it's installed or just copied.

First of all try to reinstall the navision on your machine.
have u checked that this is happening on your machine only or for all users.
What is the name of the company that u have given.....is there any special character or special sign in it >???
