Sorting Problem After migrating the Navision Database to SQL

Hi All,
I migrated the Navision Data Base To SQL as per the requirement..Now i am facing the problem with data sorting as sorting differs with Navision Native and SQL(Code Datatype in navision).
Navision Deals With the whole Value and sort the data where as SQL Will Refer to the Places starting from the left side in a value.Your Valuable suggestions are welcomed..
