Hmm can you tell me what you are trying to accomplish? C/Front is only used in very few scenarios. Main reason is that it doesn't not execute business logic.
Most people use NAS and you can integrate with other system through sockets, message queue, file handling. With 2009 you can use webservices and publish any page and in Visual Studio you can consume the web service.

You're not alone. As far as I know, there is no "NAV SDK", the way that you would expect an SDK from any product. NAV just doesn't have a full API for outside applications. This is by design.
