Upgrade toolkit of 6.0 is available with microsoft? Can anyone help me in that? If available please give me the link.
What is the challenges in upgrading from 5.0 to 6.0?

I haven't find the Developer Toolkit for Navision 2009 on partnersource? Is it launch ? If yes, Can anyone send me the link?

It's not launched yet.

How the upgradation from 4.0 or 5.0 can be done to Nav 2009? If Dev Toolkit is not available.

The link you send it shows that DevToolkit will be available in Feb 2009.

oh, you don't need the dev toolkit to upgrade. I've never used it for upgrade. I've never trusted it.
