Outlook Integration "Salespeople" syn error

I hit an error during synchronization of "salespeople" entity from Outlook to Nav integration.

The error desc is "You must specify Code in Salesperson/Purchaser Code=''." although I had already configure the user-defined field for Code.

I have tested these and they are working well,
1. Contacts from Nav to Outlook => working without any error.
2. Contacts from Nav to Outlook, modify the records, synchronize again, successfully syn back to Nav without any error.

The error only occurred for any new "Salespeople" I newly added in the Outlook and syn them to Nav, although I had grant them the "Code" field unique value.

Anybody has an idea?
