Hotcopy NAV 4.0 SP3

Hello all,

I'm having a problem with hotcopy.
At a customers site a NAV 4.0 SP3 runs with nettype=TCPS.

When running Hotcopy to backup the database, we get following message :
- The operating system cannot gain access to the file .

Has anybody had this kind of problem already ?
Hs this anything to do with 'TCPS' ?

From the installation documentation

If you have set up C/SIDE Database Server as a service and want Hotcopy to store the
database backup on a remote computer, you must change the Log On options of the
C/SIDE Database Server service. You must give the C/SIDE Database Server service the
credentials of a domain user that has the appropriate rights on the remote computer
and not use the default value (local system account).
