hi all,
can any one explain me about multicurrency and how we can use it.

    Multicurrency in NAV means a company transacting in different currencies, with one as its Local currency, say LCY is INR and paying/receiving in USD, AED, JPY and the likes.
    You need to set up currencies and exchange rates in the database. You also need to select the currencies in Customer or Vendor masters.
    Refer to the instruction manuals to have a much deeper idea, as the entire is much vast to cover up here.
    You also need to be aware of the batch jobs which are used in a multicurrency environment.

    A good explanation is available in online help.
    Contact your NSC to have access to Microsoft Partnersource, from where you can download the manuals (if enrolled in such a service plan). :)
