Workflow in Navision 4.0 and WorkFlow Mail Administrator

Anybody implemented the WorkFlow functionality in Navision 4.0 with Windows Logins?
What is the purpose of WorkFlow Mail Administrator? Here in OnTimer() trigger of this form calls some code in the codeunit Multilevel Authorization. That means should we open this form always in the server?
What is meant by Task/Authorization levels. How will we setup this?
Anybody who implemented this functionality in Navision 4.0, please give some inputs for implementing this, asap becuase help files and manuals are not seems to be helping much.

This function helps sending the pending task to the alternative users.

Task/Authorization levels are the level defined for the particular task.
for example

a sales order needs to be approved by
first: authority 1
Second: Authority 2
then task level can be defiined 1 for the first authority1 and 2 for the authority 2.
These task can also be grouped by the min and max value of the order.
