Validation in Listform

Dear All,

There is a scenario -

In List form i get few record from another table. if you select one line then next line cannot be selected with the help of a boolean. ( Coding for this scenario )

Field values:

1 xxxx select
2 yyy select

if i select 1, option 2 cannot be selected in list form. how can i validate.

Kindly give a suggestion
