NAV 2009 Inv. Rounding Precision ($) must be rounded to 1

I'm just getting started and I set up a new company with the Hi Tech
template. No matter what I do in the currencies, I can not set the Inv.
Rounding Precision to 0.01 in the General Ledger Setup.

Any time I try, I get the message that it must be rounded to the nearest 1.

I've tried deleting out all the currencies, adding my own new one with
Amount Rounding Precision set to 0.01. I've tried setting pretty much any
value that has to do with rounding in the system to 0.01 and still no luck.
I've tried logging out and back in just to see if something is cached. I've
tried creating a new company from the Wholesale template and have the same
problem.

Any help would be wonderful.
