Problem with windows authentication

I'm using windows authentication to login to a 5.0 database. In the target field of the NAV shortcut I've written "ntauthentication=yes" this works fine but when the user change language in NAV an close it then the shortcut doesn't work any more. This is becuse in the language I use it tells me "yes in not an option" which it isn't. Is there some other way to write in the target field that makes this work?
