Hi
What logic should I apply to an alert in order to have it triggered if the 'start date' against my sales order line is greater than 15 months?
Thanks

Set it to alert on creation of the record, where the start date filter is >T+15mThe art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0

This worked when I set the alert up and attached it to my user Id. However the logic seemed to be lost when I changed the user id (ie routed the alert to someone else). It didnt return when I re-assigned the alert back to me. When I created the alert again from scratch it went back round the above loop. Is there something I should be doing when re-assigning alerts to another user?0
